“Bellalasta is a place of joy,

Of family gatherings and of conviviality.

The true joy of drinking a great bottle is sharing it.”

The History

Bellalasta is a pioneer of the “Amarone” method since the early 1900s. We still keep custody of the first bottles in our private cellar.

The Terroir

Discover the smallest Cru of the Amarone region. Monte Timarol is a Jurassic hill formed under the sea level 150 million years ago.

ARTisanal

From pruning to harvesting, from pressing to labelling we do everything manually and naturally to obtain the best-crafted wine.

Beyond Organic

Our wines are naturally fermented on indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and unclarified, and, of course, organic certified.

Tasting Experience

Unlike many other wineries, at Bellalasta, you will have the rare opportunity to explore the estate and the cellar, and enjoy the tasting guided by the winemaker and farmer, Iacopo.

Our Wines

Bellalasta takes pride from producing only micro-batches, in total less than 5.000 numbered bottles per year of the finest wine.

“Bellalasta sospesa lassù a metà di una tonda collina di viti di sassi di olivi.
E guardi e ascolti contenta il nostro succedere svelto, i visi ridenti e i nostri discori nel buio spesso della bella cantina miniera di anni e di vini”
