An ecosystem where science meets sensitivity, and wine tells a story made of invisible energy and visible care.

At Bellalasta, we cultivate our vineyards in an biological and regenerative way — without pesticides, herbicides or chemical interventions. We protect biodiversity, nourish the soil with compost and natural ingredients, and trust in the rhythm of time. These practices are used in all organic vineyards, yet for us, this is only the beginning of a deeper journey: cultivating energy.

The practice of electroculture has been introduced into our vineyards since 2017: an ancient and avant-garde technique at the same time invented by Justin Etienne Christofleau and Lakhowsky in 1927. We use copper antennas to harmonize the energetical frequencies of the soil.

For us, growing is above all a form of relationship. With the land, with the seasons, with silence.

Music is played in our vineyards 364 days a year, from sunrise to sunset, according to the natural rhythm of the seasons. Natural frequencies, tunings inspired by classical music, binaural sounds tuned to 432Hz support the well-being of plants and harmonize the ecosystem of Monte Timarol. Research confirms that music stimulates photosynthesis, strengthens natural defenses, regulates lymph.

Every choice we make – from ancient methods to the most subtle technologies – is inspired by a single intention: not to force nature, but to accompany it.

The result?

Visibly stronger, more resistant vines, richer and more tasteful grapes. A more alive soil, capable of communicating with kingdom of plants, fungi and bacteria.

And in the glasses? Alive wines: more intense and more vibrant!
