An elegant still white wine with a pronounced mineral character and a rich floral bouquet. Crafted from old-vine Garganega grown on the steep slopes of Monte Timarol, this wine expresses purity, tension, and the distinctive identity of its limestone terroir.
The grapes are harvested late, then destemmed and macerated on the skins before a gentle pressing. Fermentation occurs naturally using pied de cuve with indigenous yeasts and pollen. The wine is neither filtered nor fined, preserving its authentic texture and vibrant expression.
Produced from 75-year-old vines trained in the traditional half Veronese pergola system, rooted in loose rocky soils of white Titonian limestone at 280 meters above sea level, with south-west exposure.
