A fresh, bright, and vibrant red wine that captures the youthful energy of Monte Timarol. Elegant and expressive, it reveals lively red fruit aromas, subtle floral nuances, and a mineral tension shaped by its limestone-rich soils.
The grapes are harvested in September and undergo a short natural fermentation of five days using pied de cuve with indigenous yeasts and pollen. The wine is then aged for six months in stainless steel and a further six months in bottle, preserving its freshness and purity. Neither filtered nor fined, it maintains its authentic texture and character.
Crafted from a traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grown on the upper slopes of Monte Timarol. The 14-year-old Guyot-trained vines thrive in rocky calcareous soils with a core of Rosso Ammonitico limestone, between 300 and 311 meters above sea level, with east, south, and west exposure.
